This is the worse place to purchase albums from. My items have been "ready to ship" for over a month now and still hasn't shipped and I pre-ordered something over 2 months ago. I tried contacting CS which is completely USELESS. I will NEVER use them again. Maybe if I could actually talk to a human being then maybe my problems would be solved but there's no way to do it. So 1 star. I will be reporting them for fraud and items not received so I can get my money back from my bank since I can't request a refund once the items are "ready to ship". Just another way for them to cheat you.

I wish I could give negative star. I placed my first order on the site and I pre-ordered two albums on 11/29/20 (those albums are to release on 11/30 and 12/1, respectively). It's over the normal time frame that I didn't hear anything from the site and I didn't receive anything. I tried to get in touch with customer service a lot of times, but it's impossible. They only have robot customer service, which is a failed technology that could never really answer any questions. Finally, 30 days after my order date, I got the first response from a human representative through email, but to tell me that the poster of one of the albums was out of stock. I was already mad that they lied about their inventory; okay, I accepted that I would have no poster. Then they told me that album was out too and wouldn't be restocked until the end of Jan 2021. I couldn't believe I was this patient to wait. Since I heard nothing from this company again, I shot them an email near the end of Jan to check status. They got back to me early Feb that the other album in my order was out of stock (btw, they might answer your email at least 3, 4 business days later in average or never answer at all). I exploded as that was a limited version album that had been sold out everywhere. Though the order was never shipped, they charged me immediately on 11/29/20. If they held the album for me or they could've tell me that they wouldn't hold it for me, I could ask for a refund and order elsewhere. When I questioned and scolded them through, they tried to cover it up with different lies. I just checked their websites: now everything I ordered in my original order are out of stock on their site, but again I heard nothing from them. They are a dishonest business that lies about their inventory, even S.M. Entertainment released a notice about it. I've had enough and just filed a credit card dispute. This company is insane!

Entry denied in my country

I ordered a package, paid for everything, and it got sent to my country. By the time it arrived in customs, I got a notification saying the package wasn't allowed entry in my country due to lack of information regarding the contents in the package. This is so frustrating because now I've been looking everywhere for a way to contact ktown4u and it's simply not letting me.

Poor customer service

I've just come across ktown4u again after a year and it reminded me of why I stopped buying from them. Up until this day it still pisses me off whenever I think about the lack of help they've given when my albums weren't delivered. It was very confusing how it worked and I kept being passed on between ktown4u and the delivering company (UPS) and I ended up giving up because this went on for months. And that 1:1 service is the most useless thing. Absolutely appalling service to be honest. I will never ever buy from this website again and will spread the word. I'm surprised I didn't write a review before when the wound was fresh.

I ordered a magazine on the 26th of…

I ordered a magazine on the 26th of may. It was AVAILABLE therefore I bought it, paid for it and I got the confirmation email with the payment. 3 days after it said the order was getting ready. Today (31st of may) I got an email saying that I got a refund because the magazine was OUT of stock. Which I don’t understand. WHY let people buy a product when it’s not available? And WHY tell them 5 days later? Do these people not do stock count every day or what? I don’t recommend buying from them

I keep receiving messages from ktown…

I keep receiving messages from ktown saying your order has been dispatched, I’ve got no account with them and I’m annoyed that they keep sending these messages to me even though I’ve blocked them. I could even access the order info to someone in the midlands. I can’t access the website customer service to get my number removed. It’s annoying!

I wish I could give negative star. I placed my first order on the site and I pre-ordered two albums on 11/29/20 (those albums are to release on 11/30 and 12/1, respectively). I used to enjoy ordering albums from them. Unfortunately, first the shipping fee raised from 28$ to almost 50$! And now they are holding my order for over a week. Their Customer Support is basically non-existent. I've spent 2h on their "live chat" getting only one message from the support. Funny enough, they claim that one of the ordered albums is currently out of stock but it is still visible on their website as available in stock.
I'm afraid I cant's recommend them anymore and looks like I'll have to fine a new store to order from.

Be careful for custom fees

For those using this website from the EU be careful in regards to possible custom fees. Ktown4u often (almost always) forgets to put the shipping fees you paid on their declaration, thus the custom fees are higher as customs takes a standard shipping rate (and not the amount you really paid) to calculate their fees.

Shipped someone else's order except for…

Shipped someone else's order except for one product, how in the world can someone ship a box full of snacks instead of a bunch of CDs is beyond me, and then after ignoring the case for an entire month, they lied claiming the package wasn't theirs when I asked for a refund through PayPal, which speaks a lot about the way they run their business.

really fast shipping

I ordered a lightstick a week ago and I didn't expect it to arrive this early since I live in the middle east , it just arrived today at time when I needed it, took exactly 8 days. even tho shipping was a bit expensive but I'm satisfied anyways

Reliable, trustworthy, fast

I shop from ktown4u pretty often, they have the best customer service with quick response time even when processing my orders and refund requests. Their prices are fairly low in comparison to competitors, but their shipping prices are off the wall expensive. Despite the expensive shipping, the reliable experience I've had keeps me coming back, I can always be sure to receive my orders within a few days (korea to canada) right after the launch of the albums i preorder.

fast shipping & reliable

i recently ordered from ktown4u for the first time and it went well! i’m from canada and i ordered it on a monday night it came on the following wednesday afternoon, so in approximately 2 days it shipped. which is nice since i thought there’d be a delay bc of the pandemic but it was super fast! also the products were all there and in good shape. the only problem i could think of is shipping n customs were pretty expensive, it was about double the price of the albums i ordered, but it is still a reliable place to order from in my opinion if u don’t mind that.
